Andrew was an absolutely outstanding and prudent tour guide and driver on a round trip through the whole of northern Namibia starting at Windhoek. We were a group of six people, and we travelled through some rather remote areas. Andrew drove us very carefully and prudently, even on difficult gravel roads. He knows Namibia inside out and is very familiar with the country’s various tribes. Andrew is very polite and well-educated; he is always happy to provide information, even on complex topics relating to the country and its people. He integrated well into our group. At the same time, however, he is also discreet, ensuring the group had sufficient privacy. His service throughout the trip was exemplary, as was his friendliness. His prudence was evident, for example, in the way he would sometimes walk ahead of the group and sometimes behind it, always depending on whether and from where any dangers might arise. His English is very good. We can highly recommend Andrew as a tour guide for round trips, even those following a more complex itinerary. Subsequently, we also engaged him for various tours in Windhoek, which he completed reliably, punctually and to our complete satisfaction.

I would like to express our sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by our driver and guide during our trip to Namibia.
From the very beginning, he was always punctual and consistently looked for ways to make our trip even better. He went above and beyond what was expected, adjusting plans whenever possible so that we could make the most of our time and experience everything we could.
One of the highlights of our trip was visiting Sandwich Bay. Although it required additional driving and changes to the schedule, he made it happen so we wouldn't miss such an incredible place. We truly appreciated the extra effort he put into making this experience possible.
He also drove many extra hours so we could see the Desert Elephants, something that was well beyond the original itinerary. It meant a significantly longer day for him, yet he never complained or hesitated. His willingness to do whatever he could to give us the best possible experience allowed us to enjoy one of the most memorable moments of our journey.
His kindness extended well beyond driving. He always took the time to help the ""mama"" of our group get in and out of the vehicle, making sure she could safely manage the steps every single time without ever being asked.
Another gesture that impressed us was his generosity with the Wi-Fi. He provided internet access in the vehicle throughout the trip, and whenever the Wi-Fi at our hotels was unavailable or unreliable, he even lent us his own mobile Wi-Fi device so we could stay connected in our rooms. It was clearly a device intended for his own use, yet he happily shared it with us without hesitation.
Throughout the entire trip, he was always approachable, flexible, and eager to help with anything we needed. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble, and his positive attitude made every day enjoyable.
His professionalism, kindness, generosity, and genuine commitment to making our trip unforgettable exceeded all our expectations. He played a huge role in making our journey through Namibia such a wonderful experience, and we are truly grateful.
